Description:
This position reports to the Manager, HR Shared Services - Customer Support and is responsible for providing customer support, HR project support and reporting for the Annuities business on site in Shelton, CT. The incumbent will be located in Shelton, CT but will also provide virtual HR Shared Services support for other US Businesses and Corporate Center groups we support. Responsibilities include: Ensuring client groups receive an outstanding customer experience on every contact
Providing responses to general HR & policy inquiries
Educating end user on how to use company systems
Providing HR transactional processing support to employees, paymasters, managers and HRCs
Generating scheduled and/or adhoc system reports and routine lists from various HR Information Systems e.g. staff listings for specific division codes
Providing support to various projects
Participating in user acceptance testing
