Part-time Sun. 12pm-9pm, Mon-Thurs. 5pm-9pm · Review and analyze borrower documentation to determine income and repayment ability, assess borrower hardship, analyze housing expenses, and determine proper loan resolution. · Review the recommended foreclosure prevention alternative offered to the homeowner to ensure all investor/insurer guidelines were followed. · Analyze delinquency, perform escrow analysis, analyze modification scenarios and proposals and recommend appropriate loan workout. · Maintain responsibility for timely and accurate database maintenance as well as updates and corrections in all related systems. · Obtain all third party approvals including investor and mortgage insurance company approvals. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant default practices effecting loan servicing decisions. · May have delegated agency authorities. · Secondary responsibilities may include: · Assist with training of new hires · Testing of tools and/or systems · Perform other duties as assigned by the Loss Mitigation Manager, Supervisor and/or Default Loan Servicing division
