In an effort to provide highly trained managers in our branches, employees selected will participate in a 90 day trainee program. This program will provide training designed to help develop successful employees to service our customers, provide leadership to employees while growing profits for the bank. At the completion of the program, you'll be responsible for all functions and staff within the branch. Management skills are critical as the Branch Manager directly coaches and develops the Assistant Branch Manager(s), Personal Bankers, and Sales and Service Associates. Along with the Assistant Branch Manager(s), the Branch Manager also leads the Tellers in order to create a strong team environment. In addition, the Branch Managers develop and cultivate long-term business and consumer relationships to ensure branch sales growth and customer retention.
