Description:
Tracking projects in MS project, create gantt charts. Create reports as needed by
Sr. Management, assist wit project coordination as needed by the team.The general purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to support the overall Program
Management, its function and service offerings to internal partners/stakeholders
in such realms as tracking, maintaining, mining and reporting on critical departmental
data, as well as identifying, recommending and helping to apply best practices across
multiple Commercial Program initiatives. Incumbents in the Project Coordinator role,
as all other employees, are fully accountable for compliance with all laws, regulations
and policies.Project management experience, ghant charts, Excel, MS office experience. Must take
initiative, be detailed oriented, organized, able to multi-task and remain flexible
under tight deadlines.Impeccable ethics and integrity Ability, comfort and commitment in/to operating in a highly regulated environment
and industry, which requires understanding of the imperative for compliance with
company policies, procedures and other relevant internal or external laws, regulations
and the like Demonstrable project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple
tasks to conclusion, on time, and without compromise to quality of work output
Demonstrable process orientation/development and management skills; proven abilities/past
track record in developing highly efficacious departmental processes, procedures
and other relevant tools/resources Outstanding administrative skills; to include
outstanding grasp and command of key office and database-related computer programs
(e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Good communication skills, both
written and verbal Good presentation skills Can influence others without authority Excellent partnering skills; working collaboratively/effectively and efficiently
with internal and external partners/stakeholders Financial acumen capable of effective
and efficient development, tracking and reporting of budget/budget expenditure
A history of success and learning from failures to garner future success College degree required1
