Description:
Are you looking for a position as an Accounts Payable Manager with great pay and benefits in the Western Suburbs? Duties include processing invoices by verifying a high volume of invoices for payment; reconciling statements/accounts to insure proper payment. Corresponding with vendors by phone or letter as needed. Keeping track of certificate of insurance's on subcontractors. Keeping track of all rental equipment leases and reporting to the Vice-President. Requesting certificates of insurance on equipment when needed. Making timely monthly payments as well as installment payments. Accounting for all credit card charge receipts, payments and interest percentage increases. Request lien waivers and tracking inventory material from jobs and transferring costs. Position reports directly to the CFO. This is a great company to work for with average tenure at 12.5 years!
