Description:
Position Summary:
The Coordinator maintains and audits aircraft maintenance records as well as other duties that apply to aircraft maintenance.
Essential Functions:
* Maintains accurate aircraft records, including but not limited to tracking, trafficking, and filing (electronic and paper)
* Catalogs process to include scanning, labeling/indexing, and filing documents
* Assists with the compilation of aircraft records
* Responds to customer queries for records
* Additional administrative tasks as assigned

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure team environment

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
* BachelorÁ’s Degree preferred
* Two (2) years aircraft records maintenance experience
* Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate preferred
* Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
* Familiarity with aircraft terminology and understanding of technical 121 operations concept
* Knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, Air Transportation Associations (ATA), Airworthiness Directives and Technical Directives
* Able to work flexible hours
* Regular attendance and punctuality
* Organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and Passion
* Well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
* Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
* Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
* When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable Crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
