Description:
Join one of NYC’s leading Financial Services firm. We are currently looking for an International Payroll Manager. This individual will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payments of wages and salaries for over 1,500 plus employees on an international basis. Duties for this position include supervising and guiding all payroll processing and related activities to ensure accurate and timely compliance. Foreign currencies is necessary!! In addition you will be administering payroll policies and procedures as well as partnering with Human Resources and Accounting; insuring the integrity of payroll data and records; developing and maintaining documentation and controls for all payroll related activities and procedures; serving as the main contact all payroll related issues; managing within Payroll department budget. Base salary plus great benefits. HRIS is a MUST!!
