Attention Senior Corporate Paralegals:

We are assisting a publicly traded company in Los Angeles in their search for a superior, senior Corporate Paralegal who is accustomed to working with high "C" level executives as direct reports.

This job provides relocation assistance.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have all of the following:

-A stable job history;

-Minimum 6 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a publicly traded company;

-Ability and desire to work at the quasi-attorney level, shouldering significant responsibility, in the areas of corporate governance and maintenance and SEC reporting under the '32 and '33 Acts.

-Superior command of English, spoken and written and stickler for detail in this area;

-A Bachelor's degree (preferred) and

-A superb in-person presentation.
