DESCRIPTION Our client in Irving is looking for an Experienced Software QA professional who has seen how different companies set up their quality system and create metrics. This person should have 10+ years experience in product software lifecycle preferably in the medical device area and have 5 years experience in the quality organization with a focus on metrics. The responsibility for this person will be to help them implement a Software Quality metrics program for the FDA. ONLY candidates with prior experience in a Regulated environment WILL be considered. Prior Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience strongly preferred. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent training or work experience is required as is knowledge of data modeling, business functions supported by a major application system or multiple smaller systems. Five plus years applications analysis experience or equivalent with some experience or exposure to business process management and an awareness of the use of information technology to improve work processes.
