Description:
As a Mortgage Underwriter, you are the highest-level underwriter designation within the underwriting team. In this role, you will underwrite and review submitted files to analyze for Capacity, Capital, Character and Condition. This includes ensuring that loan requests meet program and product specifications or counteroffer to a different product and/or program when appropriate. In addition, you will communicate decision (approval, suspense, denial) to appropriate individuals within JPMorgan Chase, uphold fair lending practices of JPMorgan Chase Mortgage, meet targets for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
