Typical Day Resolve Card member issues quickly using standard workflows and customer account information. Help customers understand billing policies and manage their accounts better. Varied schedules after a full-time paid training program. I'm Qualified If… I have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Other Requirements Knowledge of Windows-based software, such as Microsoft Word required. Do I Have an Edge Over Other Applicants? Experience in a call center environment an asset; prior sales or marketing experience preferred. Bi-lingual candidates speaking French and English is mandatory.
