Benefits Administrator - COBRA

Take your benefits and administrative skills to the next level at TriNet. In this position based in our Bradenton, FL office, you'll be providing our customer service specifically around COBRA cases. You will have constant interaction, education and cross-training with five other business units in addition to your own organization. Job Duties
Will work in a customer service center handling multiple cases simultaneously.
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries directly or through referrals from Account Managers, Solution Center, and/or the Field Services Group.
Will  be responsible for offering support focusing on meeting the client’s needs related to billing, refunds, statements and vendor reports.
Responsible for resolving routine to complex customer complaints, escalating,  as necessary, matters to the Account Manager, or management staff, including the need to deploy other resources for resolution of issues.
Multi-task to address both routine and exceptional benefits problems.
Continuously offers process and procedure improvements.
Job Requirements
BA or equivalent preferred.
Must have experience with at least one of the following Benefits Production programs:  401(k), FSA, COBRA, and LOA  involving the setup, processing, reviewing, and auditing applicable customer and employee data.
Strong Background in Customer Service including the ability to interpret, explain, and apply  benefit  policies, regulations, and procedures when responding to customer inquiries, requests or in resolving complaints.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment;  communicate with, apprise, assist, and support other team members.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematical computations and calculate figures/amounts such as interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
Strong MS Office experience, specifically excel and powerpoint.
