RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for conducting internal investigations related to internal fraud, including data mining and analysis, review of operational procedures, interviewing, and delivering written and oral reports of findings. Candidate will: Utilize strong analytical skills to uncover internal fraud and related internal control issues. Conduct admission-seeking interviews. Build meaningful partnerships with internal clients. Partner closely with other A&A teams and Operations to identify and address control issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills – ability to review variances for exceptions, “red flags,” and internal control weaknesses, and analyze all aspects of situations, from both a fraud and general internal controls perspective
* Prior experience conducting investigations, loss prevention work, or related experience
* Experience working in an audit or internal controls capacity
* Ability to review processes and procedures and identify internal control weaknesses
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and address last minute requests in an efficient manner
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to deliver effective presentations to various levels of Management, including Executives
* Ability to deliver concise but informative written summaries in memo and presentation format
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* CPA or equivalent
* CFA or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years working in internal control or investigation capacity in leadership position
