RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and measure availability of IT services, primarily the Sales Composite system. Assist with the identification and resolution of incidents and problems affecting service availability. Drive service availability improvements. Use ITIL best practices like root cause analysis and service failure analysis to measure and improve service availability. Act as the major incident manager during system outages. Will be required to work a rotating 8-hour shift pattern including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* ITIL foundation certified
* Proven knowledge of UNIX operating systems
* Proven knowledge of Windows operating systems on Intel equipment
* Proven knowledge of clustering technology
* Proven knowledge of data storage solutions
* Proven knowledge of middleware technology
* Proven experience with troubleshooting complex applications
* Proven experience with coordinating resolution of major incidents
* Proven experience with management of technical resources
* Proven knowledge and demonstrated experience in complex systems, application engineering, servers/storage, network and data center operations.
* Demonstrated experience in infrastructure management and systems monitoring tools
* Demonstrated experience in systems integration, application infrastructure support and middleware operations
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* ITIL Manager Certified
