RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee the Provider Network for Workers’ Compensation, the Business Office Provider Management Team and the Guest Claims Data Management Team. Analyze and evaluate service, quality of care and medical/expense costs within Workers’ Compensation. Determine the optimum balance and establish and/or renegotiate contracts with providers to achieve this balance. Duties also include: maintaining strong relationships with WDW Workers’ Compensation, our network medical providers and third party vendors; develop vendor partnerships from the initial RFP and contract negotiations through implementation and sustainment; resolving operational, service, and billing issues; ensuring excellent service and care is provided to our injured Cast Members. Manage the GC Data Management Team to insure the highest level of data integrity and compliance with timely processing requirements. Requires a self-starter, able to manage many tasks at one time, and achieve the successful prioritization of these tasks. Must be a team player with solid planning and organizational skills. Requires excellent verbal, written, listening, and influencing skills. Must be able to evaluate multiple options/solutions, resolve potential conflicts, influence decision-making, and gain consensus. This is a leadership role that requires a strong commitment to Guest and Cast excellence and optimum business problem resolution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or other appropriate discipline or 5 years appropriate business experience
* Demonstrated computer proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with regard to complex business issues and presentations
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
* Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team and work independently as necessary, with ability to balance several priorities and meet established deadlines
* Proven ability to conceptualize innovative solutions for complex business problems
* Proven ability to focus on key business drivers by creating proper measurements, tracking results, and leveraging resources to maximize results
* Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 5 years experience in Risk Management, Workers’ Compensation, Managed Care, Purchasing, Contracting or Insurance
* Minimum 5 years experience with Network Administration, either Workers’ Comp or Group Health
* Minimum 3 years Walt Disney World experience
* Proven experience in statistics and analytical methodology
* Demonstrated familiarity with BLS, WCRI and other Industry standards and measures
* Demonstrated computer proficiency with Business Objects
