Description:
Reporting to the Head of FSO PMO - WHEM, the individual will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) function for our transfer agency operation in Cincinnati, Ohio. This will include coordination of all activities from smaller, site-specific projects to broader, cross-functional programs Responsibilities: Leadership Define, communicate and execute a vision for a WHEM PMO function
Recruit, retain and develop top talent
Institute best project management practices consistently within the site
Ensure team delivers all projects OTOSOB
Lead large scale, strategic transitions
Management Manage small staff at location (<5)
Translate Corporate goals set by upper management into individual and collective goals for subordinates
Continually assess all processes to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate the process of requesting, prioritizing, tracking, and reporting all projects
Create and maintain an environment that promotes effective communications between all staff levels and all locations
Ensure entire team has solid understanding of the broader organization and strong relationships with key stakeholders
