A local Fire Protection and Alarm company has an immediate need for a FIRE ALARM SYSTEM ESTIMATOR. Outstanding cutting-edge company in a beautiful suburban office with an excellent teamwork environment. Applicant must be able prepare estimates for fire alarm and fire suppressions systems to comply with architectural drawings, specifications, and pertinent local codes. Must be able to prepare quote letters and deliver them to clients. Strong multi-tasker and self-driven; able to work independently or with the team itself. Follow-up on all outstanding bids and quotes, and book the jobs as they are awarded. Provide ample information to Designers and Project Managers at kick-off meetings. Visit local contractors, engineers and architects on a regular basis to promote company services. Growing, dynamic, more-than-stable organization. MUST HAVE NICET LEVEL III CERTIFICATION
MUST HAVE AUTOCAD, MS WORD, MS EXCEL.
UNDERSTANDING OF NFPA, IBC AND OTHER CODES ENFORCED BY THE AHJ'S IN LA, AR, AND TX
