Ajilon Consulting is a subsidiary of the Adecco Group, a global leader in managed services, consulting and specialized recruiting with a footprint in over 70 countries around the world. We focus on providing staffing and consultative solutions for the IT function, and through Adecco, we can also offer solutions for the functions of engineering, finance and accounting, legal, clinical, administrative, and sales and marketing.

We are currently looking for Mid-Senior Salesforce.com application support resource for a direct-hire role.

.Primary saslesforce.com support person for internal/external customers.
.Data loader/cleaner for data intake processes.
.Work with Business Analysts and data group to translate business requirements to actionable application implementation and improvements.
Responsibilities include the following (other responsibilities may be assigned):
.Develop comprehensive understanding of business processes and production systems.
.Salesforce support taking inbound support inquiries from internal/external customer base Escalate when necessary to other support teams.
.Leadworks/Salesforce.com administration and setup of clients, campaigns and users.
.General data cleansing and loading.
.Build on-line dashboards and reports in the salesforce environment.
.Other responsibilities to be assigned as necessary.

Requirements:
. 5+ years experience in a client facing support and administrative role. Must have Salesforce.com application support.
. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical resources.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Organized, detailed and process oriented.
. Ability to prioritize and recognize urgent tasks.
. Positive 'can do' approach, confident, resourceful and adaptable.
. Hands-on production administration experience. This is a hands-on position.
. Demonstrated success working in a team oriented environment.
. Willingness to cross-train others on the Salesforce.com technology platform. Must be on site during typical working hours.
