Well known, respected, growing, and very stable company is seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative/Sales Support. 4 year College degree a MUST!! This is not negotiable. Must read, write, speak, translate English and Spanish equally, efficiently, and clearly. Ideal candidate absolutely MUST have a minimum of 5 years inside sales experience involving cold calling, have a professional demeanor, be empathetic, driven, and have excellent communication, written, oral, computer, multitasking, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: making 80-100 cold and warm calls per day and provide support to the rest of the sales department. Will have 2 week intensive classroom training. This position pays $32k to $36k plus commission. Company is composed of a highly energetic, positive, and motivated team and is looking to add someone with the same experience and characteristics. Only candidates with good employment tenure and stability will be considered. No more than 1 job in the last 5 years. All job hoppers will be disregarded.
