Description:
Agile1 seeks to add immediately a Sr. Client Services Manager to be on site at their client site in San Francisco, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY
Support Client Users and Preferred Supplier Partners utilizing the Agile1 Vendor Management Tool. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of your specific account database. Manage additional Client Services Personnel assigned to your account. Contribute to the professionalism of Agile1 by consistently providing a high level of customer service to the client, suppliers and contingent workers. Manage an efficient, profitable on-site in accordance with the projections, policies, and procedures developed by the Agile1 Management Team.
RESPONSIBILITITES / DUTIES include, but are not limited to:
Implementation -
Partner with and support the efforts of the Implementation Team.
Recruit and hire additional Client Services Staff as needed.
Provide user training to Client and Vendor users as needed. This task will continue after implementation as well.
Ensure project documentation is updated and archived and can be retrieved for audit, review, and legal purposes.
Implement and maintain Clients policies and procedures, ability to document these policies and train additional staff on same
Maintain existing Support Vendor contracts, and negotiate contracts with new vendors as needed.
Account Maintenance
Promote an understanding of the Agile1 Program with managers, suppliers, and contingent workers
Develop relationships with key managers/end users to develop additional business opportunities.
Act as liaison between Client and Vendors on requirement issues while maintaining the integrity of our Service Level Requirements.
Act as point of contact for systems issues between Client or Suppliers, and System Development Team.
Ensure the timely delivery of regular billing and any required management reports to client, suppliers, or corporate office.
Act as the point of contact between Agile1 Corporate and Suppliers for any contractual, accounting or payment inquiries.
Identify and promote opportunities for other ACT1 Group Companies when possible.
Conduct regular reviews (usually quarterly) to survey client satisfaction with both Agile1 and Supplier Performance.
Support Branch offices and Suppliers in increasing business through periodic meeting to discuss recruitment, trends and challenges.
On-Site Management
Hire, train and manage the Client Services Administrators/Coordinators and support staff.
Motivate, encourage and develop staff through ongoing training and mentoring.
If managing multiple client sites, develop a meeting schedule to promote communications and promote team environment.
ABILITIES:
1. Bachelor's degree and at least 10 + years related experience &/or training
2. Prior supervisory and large account management experience is a must.
3. Strongly prefer prior experience with Vendor Managed Systems, ATS systems.
4. Must be technically savvy and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications.
6. Professional appearance.
7. Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Ethical, fair and professional conduct in all candidate, client, and peer interactions.
9. Flexible, accountable and a team player.
10. Ability to work overtime.
11 Energetic and able to work well in a fast paced environment.
12 Excellent memory and recall skills.
13. Ability to interact with client Director level and above
Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years related experience &/or training; Prior supervisory and large account management experience is a must; Strongly prefer prior experience with Vendor Managed Systems, ATS systems; MS office proficiency.
