Description:
This large Bank is searching for a messaging support person to join the Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration - Migration Command Center team. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Lotus Notes Migration. Candidates will also need strong understanding of 3rd party migration tools and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
At least 1 year(s) experience in supporting Lotus Notes and/or Exchange Outlook clients
At least 2 years of Help Desk or Client support experience
Understanding of Active Directory Concepts
Requires solid written and verbal communication skills
Prior Migration experience from Lotus Notes to Outlook preferred
Prior Blackberry support experience and knowledge preferred
