Enclipse has an immediate need for a Oracle UCM Specialist for a contract with a direct client of ours in Sacramento, CA.PROJECT SCOPE/TASKS The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks: Oracle UCM Software Installation Perform Oracle UCM Softwareinstallations, upgrades of existing Oracle UCM Software, and securityand hotfix patching. Coordinate with other infrastructure anddevelopment units throughout software installation, within multipleOracle UCM environments. Oracle UCM Software Configuration Perform Oracle UCMconfiguration tasks including security model and metadata modeldefinition. Content Server Configuration via system properties andComponent Manager. Manipulation of data stores, storage devices,database objects, cache space, servers, and services. Security Administration Perform User and Document level security administration within the Oracle UCM repository. Oracle UCM Content Acquisition Provide guidance and bestpractices to Client IT staff regarding the capture and loading ofcontent into Oracle UCM. This would include manual scan and indexdocument capture, OCR and bar code document capture, as well assystem-to-system imaging and batch loading of content. Performance Monitoring and Tuning Monitoring of all servers,services and components within the Oracle UCM infrastructure acrossmultiple environments. Performance monitoring may identify the need forperformance tuning within Oracle UCM or its supporting infrastructure. Scripting Shell Scripting to accomplish a variety of automated administration tasks, including: data acquisition;data archival; database manipulation; system security administration;Oracle UCM software startup and shutdown; Oracle UCM backups; eventscheduling, data pruning; and performance monitoring. Oracle UCM Infrastructure Troubleshooting Performroutine system troubleshooting within the Oracle UCM infrastructure across multiple environments. Interface withother Client IT staff and the Oracle Corporation Technical Supportteam to resolve Oracle UCM infrastructure related problems. Oracle UCM Environment Disaster Recovery Establish and maintain aDisaster Recovery Plan to be used for recovery of Oracle UCM structureand content, in the event of a declared disaster. Oracle UCM Backup and Recovery Design and implement, incoordination with other infrastructure units, backup of Oracle UCMenvironments, to be used for recovery if necessary. Imaging Infrastructure Capacity planning Performcapacity planning analysis for existing system growth and in support of new Oracle UCM system implementations. Enterprise Content Management Best Practices Provide guidance to Client IT staff on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) best practices using Oracle UCM. Perform other system administration tasks as required. TheConsultant must possess the skills required to perform all tasksoutlined above. Additionally, it is desirable for the consultant tohave experience working with the following software: FileNet Image Services FileNet eProcess FileNet IDM Desktop and Web Services Brava Enterprise Server
