The Opportunity
They are talented managers of people and processes, able to meet the solution delivery expectations of their portfolio of clients while meeting the internal growth and profit expectations for that portfolio. As the primary client contact on all aspects of account direction and service delivery, they play a critical role in day-to-day client communication. They must exhibit excellent communication strengths, as well as outstanding detail orientation, time management, and prioritization skills.
