Description:
Full Desk Recruiter with 2-5 years of staffing industry experience. You will work a blended desk and will be responsible for both sales/business development AND candidate recruitment/placement.
JOB SUMMARY:
This is a sales/recruiting position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the IT/Engineering niche.
Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients
Develop prospect lists and execute a pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
Marketing top candidates to clients and prospects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have proven experience in the staffing industry (at least 2 years)
