HR - GENERALIST - West Coast Division -International Company

Career Path opportunity for a dedicated HR person looking for International Corporation to grow and progress with: Company has 22,000 employees and 4 billion in revenue:

*** Willing to do HR operational generalist work 70% of the time
*** Open to do strategic project planning work 30% of the time
**** Open to 40% - 50% travel through out West Coast N.M., Phoenix, Montana, Oklahoma and more

*** Must be open to being at least nationally mobile during career progression
*** Genuine interest in people development, Experience with talent management and succession planning processes is highly desirable.
*** Ability to influence and persuade
*** Has upper ambition; actively pursues leadership opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

Min. 5 7 years HR experience - prefers 7 10 years experience ( not senior level experience) substantial generalist experience as part of a career path in a Corporation with a defined HR department and progressive practices.

Must have a 4 year Degree Masters or MBA is highly preferred

Strong ability to identify and define what needs to be done - and gets it done

Strong people management experience and very eager to make a difference

Position is a career path with upper mobility candidates need to be nationally mobile.

Compensation package: $150K - $170K

Position is in Northern California - Client prefers not to relocate
