Compensation: $65 - $70/ Hourly on W2

Role: Research Lead - Informatics

Role Description: The Research Lead - Informatics would need to have at least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical R&D space. This Candidate would have demonstrated experience in Discovery and Research Informatics space in particular and 8 to 10 years of experience managing technical projects of varying sizes.

Responsibilities/ Required Skills:

- Responsible for planning and delivering a portfolio of multiple projects in the Research Informatics area.
- Knowledge of Discovery applications.
- Project Management experience including Workplan Creation and Management, Risk, and Issue Identification and Management.
- Demonstrated client-facing capability.
- Strong Drug Discovery Acumen.
- Post merger integration experience.
- Past experience in scientific data analysis, more specifically in establishing data/process standards, and data mapping or ETT/ETL.
- Managing off-shore development.
- Experience with IDBS Applications (such as eWorkbook/ Biobook/ Activity Base) or Tripos D360 or COTS LIMS Packages (Laboratory Information Management Systems such as Watson and Galileo) or CambridgeSoft ELN (Chemistry Electronic Notebook) or Wyeth Discovery Applications or Documentum/SharePoint/eRoom.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
