New Graduate Development Program

Program Highlights:
This three year program is designed to engage graduates in learning FT Servicesâ?? core business disciplines of: Maintenance and Reliability; Turnaround and Shutdowns, Sustaining Projects, Supplier and Contractor Management; and Support Services.  Upon successful completion of the Graduate Development Program, graduates will be well positioned for leadership and management positions, throughout Canada, as FT Services strives to become Canadaâ??s preferred asset management organization by 2012.
Graduates will be offered: comprehensive professional development; peer and mentor support; and meaningful job assignments.  Also, your progression and success will be complimented with opportunities to gain international work experience!  To succeed you must be influential, driven, and have excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate with others in a high performing team environment.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:
All candidates must be flexible as the location for each rotation will be determined with the interest of the Graduate Development Program and FT Servicesâ?? operational requirements in mind.  Also, depending on the project, you may be expected to work extended hours which could include weekends.    
Applicants should be recent graduates, within the previous year, or soon to be grads from a recognized University or Diploma program.  Areas of preferred study include: Engineering, Commerce, Management, or similar disciplines.  Previous work experience, and / or community involvement would be considered strong assets.
