Our client a company in the financial services industry. Is seeking a Director of Human Resources with financial services industry experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that is doing well financially and growing. Responsibilities Include:
• Primary internal liaison with the firm’s outsourced Chief Compliance Officer,
• Overseeing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (S0X),
• Human resources (including payroll and all benefits such as healthcare, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and various compensation/incentive plans as well as personnel-related matters),
• Evaluates and recommends changes to employee benefits,
• Maintenance and updating of the firm’s employee handbook and compliance manual,
• Preparation and storage of compensation-related documentation,
• Overseeing insurance matters including liability and property coverage, negotiation of annual renewals (with assistance from the firm’s insurance advisor and broker),
• Organization and retention of all firm critical (legal and other) electronic documents,
• Facilities administration, and
• Strategic projects

This job provides relocation assistance.

Requirements:
Financial Services industry experience required (preferably 8+ years)
10-18 years of human resources experience and manager level experience required

Education: Bachelor

Experience: More than 5 years
