Description:
Non profit organization is seeking a legal assistant who is currently attending law school, state college majoring in criminal justice or paralegal school. Legal Assistant will be responsible for suporting attorneys with major, statewide project. Will work directly with clients regarding disability claims and entitlements.
Must be fluent Spanish speaking. Long term temporary position through the end of February 2010 Work part-time or full-time, 20 hours - 37.5 hours per week (flexible work hours). Legal experience preferred Type 45 wpm
Initial call screening for intake calls Data entry of information gathered from intake call. Will report to Sr. Attorney
