Currently, we are seeking a PART-TIME SOURCING and SUPPLY MGMT OPS ASSOC I at the Neenah South Office location at Neenah, WI.
This is a part-time job share position. The schedule entails rotating 5 consecutive 8-hour business days (i.e. Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) by each partner.
Purchase and follow-up of assigned materials, equipment and services. Demonstrating a proficiency in all aspects of order administration, order processing, customer service and communication.
Responsibilities:
-Must demonstrate problem solving capabilities to investigate root cause of various issues related to order placement, invoicing, and system functionality and provide resolution.
-Provides a centralized, key role in the successful interaction between Sourcing and Supply Management and internal and external customers to ensure an efficient application of the Req-to-Check process.
-Develops a working knowledge of applicable K-C policies and procedures and related governmental laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
High school education with course experience in general office practices and advanced keyboarding skills
One year of office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Other Qualifications:
Motivated individual, detail oriented, possesses strong analytical and organizational skills and is able to exercise independent problem solving and decision making with a high degree of initiative and self coordination
Understanding of the organization and it business policies and procedures
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of office experience with functions relating to Purchasing, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
SAP experience preferred
