Description:
Our client is seeking a New Accounts/Teller Representative. Responsibilities include: Fast-paced, high-volume, face-to-face customer contact Cashing checks; processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments Documenting larger deposits using Currency Transaction Reports Identifying and selling Bank products and services beneficial to customer needs Address customer questions/concerns referring to appropriate internal resources for resolution Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the bank Develop new Customer relationships and opening new accounts for customers Feel free to email your resumes to (see below) Previous teller and new accounts experience in a banking institution, and excellent customer service skills are preferred, but not required. PC skills including Word and Excel are also required. Previous New Accounts experience is a must!
