We have an exciting opportunity for our client in Atlanta for a Microsoft SSRS Report developer. Qualified candidate will develop clinical and financial reports. The successful candidate must have working experience with relational database querying tools and critical thinking skills to determine the appropriate course of action to meet reporting needs, possess the ability to work in a team setting as well as independently and possess excellent analytical and communication skills to assess customer needs, assist others with report writing, and explain reports to customer audience. Experience with SQL query using a script editor like TOAD or Management Studio for Microsoft is required. Must be comfortable making data manipulations and calculations directly in the SQL script. Minimum 3 years experience in database querying, data analysis, modeling and reporting, with ability to create views and stored procedures in SQL is required (SQL Server administration is not necessary). Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, Oracle, or MYSQL is important. Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services is required. Must have financial or clinical reporting experience. Preferred candidate will have healthcare industry or related experience, prior experience working with an Electronic Medical Record system, knowledge of Epic Systems' Clarity data structure for financial or clinical applications, experience with report performance tuning or optimization would be preferred Candidate should also have skills in OLAP or MDX writing experience or exposure .Required Skills: SSRS, SQL, Epic
