Description:
We have an exciting 3 month contract with likely extension opportunity for our client in Atlanta for a Microsoft SSRS/Epic Consultant. Qualified candidate will develop clinical and financial reports. The successful candidate must have working experience with relational database querying tools and critical thinking skills to determine the appropriate course of action to meet reporting needs, possess the ability to work in a team setting as well as independently and possess excellent analytical and communication skills to assess customer needs, assist others with report writing, and explain reports to customer audience. Candidate must be well versed in financial reporting. Clinical reporting will be a plus. Must have Epic Resolute Hospital Billing or Professional billing reporting experience with Epic s Clarity database. Experience with SQL query writing with a script editor like TOAD or Management Studio. Candidate should be comfortable making data manipulations and calculations directly in the SQL script. Experience with writing views and stored procedures would confirm the above. Report performance tuning or optimization will also indicate a good grasp of SQL reporting. Beside these skills, if a candidate also has OLAP or MDX writing experience or exposure is required. Preferred candidate will have healthcare industry or related experience, prior experience working with an Electronic Medical Record system, knowledge of Epic Systems' Clarity data structure for financial or clinical applications, experience with report performance tuning or optimization would be preferred Candidate should also have skills in OLAP or MDX writing experience or exposure.Required Skills: Epic, SQL
