Salary: $11+/hr + Bonus Plan
M-F 8a-5p
This position is responsible for providing mortgage industry call center customer service. As a customer service representative, an individual will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of mortgage servicing. Bilingual candidates will handle spanish and english customers so must be fluent in both.
Enthusiastic individuals who are good listeners, detail oriented and interested in providing customer service are most successful in this position. The successful candidates will have a work history that includes 1-3 years of excellent customer service and communication work experience in a call center setting along with strong PC/data entry and math ability. A stable work history is required.
High School Diploma/GED is requried. Type 40 wpm, and have basic to intermediate PC skills.
***There will be monthly bonuses attached based on performance; which includes productivity, quality of phone calls, and attendance*******
