Hours: M-F 8-5pm
This position is responsible for providing loan counseling in our Delinquency Assistance Call Center for Loss Mitigation. The counselors receive training and will gain a general understanding of the mortgage servicing industry.
Position Requirements: Competitive individuals possessing strong customer servicing skills, assertive communication skills, good attendance, a positive attitude and a desire to help others typically succeed in this position. Seeking 1-2 years retail or customer service experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a call center and/or loan counseling experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
