Commissions/Rebate Analyst - work for a world-class employer!

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a top notch organization!

Analyst will compile and analyze sales activity data to prepare monthly commission statements for agents to ensure compliance with approved contractual obligations. Analyst will also resolve commission and rebate payment discrepancies and also assist with performing account analysis for commission and rebate related accounts. You will be the main point of contact for the Agent channel as it relates to commissions and rebates and will also be responsible for issue resolution with our agent partners.


Additional duties include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare monthly commission statements for agents to ensure compliance with approved contractual obligations.
• Assist with statements by preparing necessary accruals and performing account analysis for commission and rebate related accounts.
• Assist in generating monthly and quarterly reports for various internal departments.
• First point of contact for agents in regards to any questions regarding commissions and equipment payments.
• Process uploads of agent commissions to accounts payable.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
2-3 years of compensation experience.
Advanced computer skills in HR Systems, Excell and Access.
Strong analytical, written and verbal skills.
General commissions/Finance background preferred.
Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and procedures.

Education: Bachelor

Experience: At Least 3 Years
