Description:
This role is designed to maximize sales and customer service through effective planning, and in-store servicing. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service. The extent to which customer service is provided to retailers is visibly evident when shelves and displays are fully stocked rotated and departments reflect accurate price tags / POS. This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate call schedule. The SSR will be the primary Kraft employee responsible for customer service at each store for the timeframe in which he/she is assigned. Further, this role will be responsible for identifying and communicating individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Kraft Sales personnel.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Job requirements: 18 years of age with at least High School diploma. Valid Drivers license. Dependable transportation. Some over night travel required. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Job responsibilities: Various tasks directed by CRM. Display building. Racks and Sales vehicle building. Resets.
