PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The business unit ‘Market and Demand Management Strategy’ drives the evolution of Web and Tele as a productive Sales and Marketing Channel by creating a personalized online end-to-end “buying experience” – from content, through interaction and transaction, to relationships.
One important responsibility in this respect is to continuously enhance, optimize and build the SAP web experience. Here a critical acitivity is to support the involved business units in managing the change that is related to the execution of these projects.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to help identify/define best practices, manage stakeholder relations, and provide organizational-wide change management on web related processes. Furthermore we expect strong project management skills and profound knowledge in web related and/or E-commerce related processes, complemented by an understanding of web and E-Commerce business.
