Description:
Leads a team of learning and development professionals across multiple locations to develop and deliver performance solutions that improve the productivity of all employees in the Group Insurance Service Delivery Organization (SDO). Assesses the learning/training needs and performance gaps for the organization and proposes and develops plans, programs and interventions to address specific needs and partners with business leaders to solve performance issues. Evaluates effectiveness of training programs and ensures all programs align with SDO's strategic direction and business goals while meeting all compliance requirements Approaches learning in a holistic manner to ensure solutions and curriculum design drive performance and are "best in class" Develops learning strategies using adult learning theory and principles, state-of-the-art instructional design techniques and appropriate delivery solutions Conducts training and facilitates large and small group meetings Partners with executive and line management on all training initiatives and to ensure training program support Prudential and its affiliates, Newark, New Jersey are Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employers and are committed to diversity in our workforce.
