Description:
Provide ongoing operational support for programs and processes related the recruitment and retention of Talent within the Wunderman and Y&R Advertising companies.  This role has elements of recruiting and executive development/performance management.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·          Global Accounts: Assisting in the coordination of staffing operations for key global accounts. 
o   Work with local offices to support staffing and hiring processes and the submission of required paperwork;
o   Enable the on-boarding process for new global team members;
o   Maintain global account personnel contact lists;
o   Assist Account HR team with recruiting operations (job posting, resume searching, arranging interviews, etc.).
·          Sourcing and recruitment of candidates for a variety of corporate staff and  line positions at Y&R Advertising and Wunderman headquarters in New York
·          Conduct online and primary research for various recruiting projects, including research on agency competitors.
·          Interface with HR Managers in local offices regarding Succession Planning and Talent Review process, tools and related issues.
·          Coordination and follow-up on submissions for annual Succession Planning review/presentation.
·          Provide assistance in roll-out of Taleo Recruitment Software across local offices around the world.
·          Work closely with VP, Talent Acquisition on a variety of projects related to the recruitment of senior executives, executive development and HRIS uses in recruitment.
 
Requirements:
 
·          Two plus years experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate staff or executive search setting OR recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources Management and at least two internships in human resources.
·          BS degree required
·          Experience with ATS systems (preferably Taleo)
·          Experience with offices outside of the US helpful.
·          Very detail oriented.
