Liberty Mutual is seeking a Sourcing professional with creativity, short and long term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization to provide diversity sourcing support for assigned business units or functions, usually for experienced professional, middle management and/or specialty area. This role will be primarily focused on developing a diverse pipeline of candidates. In collaboration with the full lifecycle recruiters, you will conduct the sourcing and candidate development phases of the recruiting lifecycle. You will be focused on a cross-functional requisition load of relatively more difficult positions that requires deep sourcing knowledge and/or ability to develop sourcing strategies for heavily utilized diverse talent pools. In this role you will be partnering with local and nationally focused diversity organizations in an effort to build a diverse pipeline of talent. Responsibilities:
Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent. Seeks creative solutions for sourcing diverse candidates that positions Liberty Mutual's brand strongly in the marketplace and further establishes a culture that promotes excellence and fuels growth
Leverage recruiting resources such as internet, internal Applicant Management System, professional organizations and community associations to identify, recruit and network for diverse candidates
Perform in-depth research and data mining to identify leads, passive and active diverse candidates
Build a database of competitive industry companies, market knowledge used for benchmarking or candidate pre-search intelligence
Be a key resource in data mining and research techniques and strategy as it relates to diversity focused recruiting actives
Utilize various techniques including direct, cold-calling, referral-based calling, professional networking, broadcast emails to develop diverse slate of candidate
Screen, develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
Builds diverse talent pipeline for targeted positions (i.e. Front Line Manager roles)
Conducts screening interviews to pre-qualify candidates
Identifies and seeks out events and sources for diverse candidates
Analyze data, track and maintain diversity and accountability metrics to evaluate progress of diversity sourcing initiatives
Contribute to the overall company objectives through consistent delivery of diversity and inclusion sourcing expertise
Requires some travel and attending events after normal business hours
Promote Liberty Mutual and SBU-specific brands across numerous markets and professional communities
