Description:
Conduct complex investigations, manage a portion of the guard force, oversee the security and access control issues at one or more company facilities, manage projects, and conduct audits, inspections and assessments of security protocols and complex company processes.

Qualifications Include:
Four years of college or equivalent work experience. ASIS certification desirable.
Four to five  years of industrial security or police experience. 
Two to four years of intense case-load investigative experience in a corporate or law enforcement setting.
Prior loss prevention experience, as well as experience in retail or wholesale grocery distribution or other distribution environment, is desirable.
Thorough knowledge of industrial security practices and technology, including closed-circuit television and alarm systems; knowledge of personal computers and associated business software (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred).
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain certification shortly after hire).
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, particularly to executive level personnel. 
Ability to write clear, concise incident reports. 
Effective decision-making skills, particularly when under stress or during emergency conditions. 
Availability to work days or nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required. 
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of duties and assignments. 
Advanced Interview and interrogation skills.   
Demonstrated ability to do complex investigations and manage a case load. 
Interpersonal skills developed to a level conducive to successful informant and witness/subject development. 
Experienced in surveillance.
