Description:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will provide campaign operations support across all segments of the Direct Response Team. We have an integrated marketing strategy for renewal and acquisition for company products. You will join a high-performing team of direct response marketing professionals working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience executing the operational components of an email and direct mail campaign and successful leadership required to drive profitable results in a cross-functional environment. Specifically: Effectively partner with cross-functional teams (including segment marketers, product management, channel partners, web ops, call center, corporate marketing, finance, etc.) to drive successful end-to-end campaign execution Effectively partner with external relationships (agencies, freelancers, print and email vendors, etc.) to create and mail world-class direct efforts on time and within budget. Execute complex, detailed marketing operations work that for direct response plans that effectively support retention strategies and meet business, revenue and profitability objectives including: Enter project requests and details for campaigns with internal partners so they can accurately scope, plan and execute the work and update on a regular basis Build campaign schedules and track progress – identify delays, gaps and barriers for resolution Development of campaign matrices with product/web links/tracking information included Request and manage campaign tracking codes and offer setup for all campaigns through internal systems and distribute and setup across teams Detailed QA of offer/test cells and end-to-end campaign set up Execute email campaigns (submit request, QA/approve data & test emails) Open Purchase Orders for Service Partners, Receive Invoices and Reconcile against PO’s Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity Qualifications Minimum 5 years direct response experience (including execution and marketing operations) Proven track record executing direct response programs that meet revenue/profitability goals and business objectives (includes the execution, operations, direct mail, email, web landing pages and other direct response vehicles) Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams (positively influence co-workers, foster strong partnerships) Practical experience with test design, response models, database segmentation, list pulls and results reporting/analysis Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Strong project management and leadership skills Extremely detail-oriented Creative problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills Energy and motivation to drive to results in a challenging and fast-paced environment Agency and/or client-side experience managing consumer direct response program development and execution Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent degree a plus
