*Preview/early audit of the TSU from Campaign Planning (CMP). Attend initial and final TSU walkthrough meetings. Audit TSU by market cell and review for consistency including the following:
? Cell Descriptions consistent to the Creative Names.
? Creative coding is consistent with Pricing and Segment Information.
? Creative Coding is consistent with Plastic Group assignments.
? Spec Code/Information on the Cheat Sheet matches the Vendor Rate Card and Creative.
? Report/list audit findings to CMP contact.

? Execution Phase after TSU Handoff.
Responsible for the following creative review tasks:
? Confirm all items in pre-reviews (described above) are still accurate.
? Forwarding TSU to printing and versioning vendors along with any future BPCR versions.
? Filter TSU. Audit individual DM components (at market cell level) to all applicable columns on the TSU (business requirements, or other documents) to ensure consistency and accuracy with campaign, pricing, offer and creative strategy, plastic choice, disclosures, etc. Apply edits/changes and approvals in pdf formats for Agency changes.
? Ensure Spec Codes are accurate and consistent to printed piece.
? Set-up and facilitate Creative Review Meetings with Legal, Compliance and Strategy (or a delegate with authority to make changes) represented. Question anything you think is incorrect even if Legal or Compliance did not notice during meeting.
? Depending on outcome of the Creative Review Meeting, ensure all comments (if applicable to other creatives) are marked up appropriately.
? Follow up with Strategy on changes made outside of the Creative Review meeting to keep them in the loop.
? Maintain/organize document retention of creative comments/approvals. Encourage offsite storage to Iron Mountain where appropriate.
? Follow electronic approval collateral routing process and postings in SDM as documented.
? Litho proof review and approval of all pre-print components. Follow documented procedures.
? Insertion Audit reviews and approvals component codes align to TSU. Follow documented procedures.
? Live laser Audit reviews and approvals confirm if changes are required. Follow documented procedures.
? Seed Tracking per documented process.
? Provide input and diligence into CPPM pages of Scorecard deck, attend meeting and facilitate discussions of Creative Services areas with strategy.

? Additional day-to-day duties.
? Facilitate getting creative component codes into the TSU matrix with Mullen and/or CPE teams.
? Facilitate and follow through with business project change requests (BPCRs) to CPE to fix errors or changes to TSU as soon as they are noticed. Goal is to have all changes implemented with first round review.
? Confirm BPCRs are correctly carried over to the affected creative components.
? Provide extra feedback for the defect tracking log and attend.
? Provide updated Campaign Detail Sheet (IBTM #s, reply by date, as of date, etc.) to Print Vendor and Mullen.
? Update Creative Checklist/Training and Reference materials as necessary and distribute to interested parties (eg. Compliance, Creative, Internet and Versioning/Printing Teams.
? Review seeds per documented process and provide feedback (in tracker and) to vendors on quality issues.
? Follow up with vendor if other comments/quality issues emerge from seeds or samples.
