eConsultAmerica is a preferred vendor supplier on retainer with a multi-billion dollar, global provider of consulting services. Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy SAP Basis Consultant. This position will be based in Lansing, MI. This is a long-term contact not to exceed 12 months. POSITION DETAILSThe chosen candidate will be responsible for business and technical management activities for the ERP system which includes the core SAP software and interfaces; Supporting the analysis, planning and implementation of any upgrades that may include: hardware upgrades, functional upgrades, SAP upgrades, system patches, and data cleanup;Support and accommodate ongoing deployment releases; Sustaining and optimizing a support organization and production environment. Assist in Drafting a Software Quality Assurance Plan.Basis administration and Using Solution Manager to manage configuration changes and the landscape is mandatory.BEST INDUSTRY – GovernmentBEST DEPARTMENT – IS/IT
