Global ISR assessments: in collaboration with combatant commanders and the National Intelligence Community (IC) conduct analysis and assessments in support of improving operational planning, integration, and synchronization of Global ISR systems to include manned and unmanned airborne, space-based, maritime surface and subsurface, and terrestrial sensors and systems; coupled with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination associated with those systems.2. Assist DOD, Combat Support Agencies, COCOMs, and STRATCOM entities in establishing assessment criteria within Intelligence, operational, or Conceptual Plans for the optimal employment of Global ISR resources.3. Assess the effectiveness of overall collection performance for coordinating US STRATCOM ISR collection plans with DOD and National collection management plans.4. Support JFCC-ISR Deputy Commander representation to STRATCOM Assessment Board.5. Provide Assessment support to all Joint Forces Component Command (JFCC) ISR tasks identified by STRATCOM, to include task tracking and monthly status reports to STRATCOM.6. Assist DIOCC personnel and collection assessment officers with developing data collection plans according to best practices and provide assessment methodology subject matter expertise support for data collection tools in support of those data collection plans.7. Collect, collate, standardize, update, and validate information maintained to support analysis and assessments by the DIOCC, COCOM's and IC.8. Provide support for identifying, documenting, and providing assessment methodology training, resources, and best practices for Collection Assessment Officers across the DOD.9. Support consolidation of assessment methodologies and best practices from across the DOD Assessment Community and facilitate access to these through Assessment Community of Interest.10. Provide intelligence assessments to support Global ISR operations.11. Support establishing processes for assessing and trending the efficiency and effectiveness of the DOD Global ISR enterprise, and supporting ISR future concept development and planning.12. Assist in developing Global ISR systems integration plans and strategies.13. Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.Supervision:This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.• Experience in production of ISR documents, briefings, and findings• Experience in communication and coordination efforts• General understanding of JFCC-ISR and USSTRATCOM missions• Possess strong reach-back capabilities for Global ISR related tasks• Possess strong written and oral communication skills to articulate a variety of requirements and procedures, convey tasks, and exchange information.• Must possess a working knowledge of the intelligence cycle and how it relates to DOD collection operations, platforms, and sensors.• Experience in joint or US combatant command headquarters, intelligence, and/or ISR action officer or management experience.Education and/or Experience: A BS/BA degree with 5+ years experience or 8-10 years experience in lieu of degree.Computer Skills:Must have advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.Travel: Must be willing to attend off-site meetings in the DC area when necessary. Must be willing to make 3-5 CONUS or OCONUS trips per year.
