Description:
Equivalent to a USAF 5-skill level. Performs training, both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, engines, and airframes, as well as loading and handling AGM-114 missles. Complies with Technical, QA, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental regulations, policies, and procedures. Supports USAF Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE). Engine Run Qualified is desired, but not required.
- Reports to the Lead Mechanic - Accomplishes organizational level maintenance on mechanical and weapons systems to achieve mission objectives - Executes efficiently on all tasks - Complies with maintenance policy, programs and procedures to deliver service excellence to the customer - Delivers service excellence to the customer - Expands technical knowledge and capability through continuous training programs and promotes individual achievement and advancement - Works well with a team dedicated to maintenance discipline, high quality and safety standards, and strong personal and professional ethics. - Deploys to OCONUS locations per deployment rotation plan
