Immediate need for bilingual client service rep seeking work in the Denver Tech Center, with a stable company and standard business hours. Previous customer service or call center experience, good typing and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism will be keys to success in this growing, stable organization. Will be responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and routing appropriately, handling daily UPS functions including logging data into the system, and light administrative duties and other tasks as assigned for a financial services company.
