Description:
We have an immediate opportunity for an experience Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY. This person will be responsible for daily management and oversight of an operation that consists of 5 team leads plus 40-45 hourly associates. Candidate must have demonstrated experience identifying operational efficiencies, motivating employees and achieving results. Also, must be able to work an evening shift that runs from approximately 6 pm to 3 am.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business/Engineering or a related field plus 4-6 years experience in warehouse distribution/sorting operations. Candidates with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies are highly desired.
