Description:
This content management system administrator Position Features:
Duties
Help define the taxonomy that will be used across multiple asset lines
Assist in developing the processes needed to enter, change and retrieve information.
Oversee digitizing and cataloging of assets.
Train and support users of the system and work closely with the senior managers of key divisions utilizing the system.
Must have previous experience installing interwoven.
Establish the operational practices for Content Management System
Qualifications:
5 years experience related to content management systems.
A strong foundation in processes, classifications structures, metada and digitization.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Autonomy Interwovens MediaBin Asset Server and the Autonomy product line.
Experience in developing taxonomies and metadata schemas for multiple lines of assets.
Process development and flow charting
Hands on experience in MS Sharepoint, workflows and the infopath product
Working knowledge of MS SQL and SQL reporting services would be a plus
